As the manager of Durant's, I am passionate about helping customers find the perfect tools and equipment to bring their projects and events to life. With over 16 years of management experience in the rental industry, I am proud to help lead a team that delivers exceptional service, maintains an extensive inventory, and is deeply committed to supporting communities across Connecticut and the Hudson Valley of New York.

I take pride in being part of a business built on reliability, driven by innovation, and dedicated to ensuring our customers' success. When I'm not focused on growing Durant's, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, reading, and exploring new experiences through travel.
With over a decade of dedicated experience at Tool Rentals by Durants, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside the Tool Rentals industry. I began my journey as a Service Technician, honing my skills in equipment maintenance and customer support. From there, I transitioned into a Driver role, where I developed a deep understanding of logistics and timely service delivery.
My next step was becoming an Inside Sales Representative, allowing me to cultivate strong customer relationships and contribute to the company’s growth through tailored rental solutions. Today, I’m proud to manage both our Poughkeepsie and Wappingers Falls locations, overseeing operations, mentoring teams, and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my free time on the golf course, where I combine my love for the outdoors with a competitive spirit.
Joe has been in the rental industry for over a decade. As our lead tech, Joe keeps the fleet running it's best! His commitment to customer service shows in the customer relations demonstrated daily.
Charlie is the former owners of A to Z Rentals. With 40 years of experience in the rental industry, boundless energy, and knowing everyone as they walk in the door, Charlie is the heart and soul of this location. Come by and say hi to Charlie. He will help you with your next project, and likely will offer life advice whether or not you asked for it!
With 14 years of dedicated rental experience , I have grown alongside Durants and navigated my skills towards tools. I encompass every aspect of tool rentals from knowledge on equipment, proper applications, service and education. Known for a strong commitment to the community and a passion for the industry I consistently deliver excellence for my customers and foster long lasting relationships.
